Each check you write contains account information and increases your chances of being affected by fraud. With Positive Pay customers upload a list of checks and our Positive Pay system matches the checks that clear the bank account to that file. If something is mismatched (amount, check number, payee), an email alert is generated.

ACH Positive Pay is designed to eliminate unauthorized ACH transactions from debiting business accounts. Customers set rules that authorize ACH Company IDs for their familiar vendors. If an ACH transaction with an unrecognized Company ID attempts to process, you have the ability to approve the ACH, accept future ACH transactions with that Company ID, or reject the transaction.
