Check Positive Pay

Each check you write contains account information and increases your chances of being affected by fraud. With Positive Pay customers upload a list of checks and our Positive Pay system matches the checks that clear the bank account to that file. If something is mismatched (amount, check number, payee), an email alert is generated.

Check Positive Pay

Check positive pay is a fraud prevention tool that allows business customers to take control of which checks are paid and returned through Digital One Business. Customers upload a list of checks via a CSV or TEXT file to Digital One Business and the system matches the checks that dear the bank account to that file. If something is mismatched(amount, check number, payee), the customer is alerted via email. You can log in to Digital One Business or through the FNBOK Business app to decision checks.

How it works

2

Customer exports the list of issued checks from the account software

3

Customer uploads the positive pay file directly into Bank’s online banking platorm

4

Bank compares received checks to the positive pay data

5

Bank identifies discrepancies – asks for a “Pay” / “No Pay” decision

ACH Positive Pay

ACH Positive Pay is designed to eliminate unauthorized ACH transactions from debiting business accounts. Customers set rules that authorize ACH Company IDs for their familiar vendors. If an ACH transaction with an unrecognized Company ID attempts to process, you have the ability to approve the ACH, accept future ACH transactions with that Company ID, or reject the transaction.
